Andrew Greenwood first set up his own firm in 1994. Having worked for a number of estate agents both small and national since 1983, Andrew has combined the best of corporate estate agency with the best of the old fashioned professional practise. The firm now operates in exactly the same way it did when first conceived, in that Andrew takes control of every aspect of the business and deals with all clients directly whilst being ably supported by a small group of skilled staff.
Situated in a prominent position on Chipping Campden's famous High Street, the office handles the sale of residential properties of all types from landed rural properties to High Street town houses, smaller cottages, both old and modern, together with the many family houses that make up the majority of the market in any area. As well as sales, the firm manages a small portfolio of rental property in the same geographic area.
