Atlantic Properties was founded in 1981 by Henry Stout. The original business plan contemplated the purchase of existing income producing properties in the New England Region; the first properties were located in New Hampshire. These properties were liquidated in 1987, just prior to the dramatic reduction in values in the late 1980's.
In 1987 Atlantic Properties started its first new construction project, White's Landing, a luxury waterfront condominium project in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
