About the Business
We search for homes in London, most of the south eastern UK and the Cotswolds. In December 2013 we were thrilled to win the coveted silver medal at the prestigious Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards- Best Buying Agent UK. Many entered but we were delighted to come out on top.
As Managing Director of BDI and a renowned industry expert, Tracy Kellett is frequently seen on TV and radio news programmes talking about property and is quoted liberally in national newspapers including The Independent, The Financial Times and The Telegraph. Tracy is also a highly respected writer and social media commentator on property matters. We want to share this property expertise with our buyers. We firmly believe that all buyers should have an expert on their side when making as big a financial (and emotional) commitment as buying a property.
