Caslings Estate Agents is an independently owned family company run by Simon Barnett who has an extensive knowledge of the area with over 25 years experience in the local market. Simon has built this successful agency on a solid foundation of superior quality customer service based on honesty and good communication with their clients, which has proved them to be a trustworthy ally in the ever stressful battle of the property market. Evidence of this is apparent in the number of new clients that are recommended to Caslings by past clients.
We are the only genuine property sharing group that allows every other associate to access our property portfolio and, moreover, actively encourage them to offer their potential buyers our properties. The network is particularly effective because we share our commission for introducing buyers (at no extra cost to you).
