Coalters Estate Agents was started in early 2007 by Reuben Barrett, Managing Director, working from a spare bedroom at Reuben's home in York. We are very proud that we have grown from those humble beginnings to be the largest estate and letting agents in York with a high profile office on Ouse Bridge. And to top it off, we've won multiple independent awards for our estate agency service. Coalters Estate Agents York continues to grow and grow by offering a class-leading service to buyers and sellers in the York area.
We have ambitious plans to be the most successful estate agents in York through a rigorously pro-active approach to the housing market. Coalters employs local people and we are very proud to have created so many jobs for the local community in such a short time of operation. In early 2008 Coalters expanded their service to include lettings. Coalters Letting Agents York provides the same unrivalled service to the lettings market as they have done on sales.
