About the Business
We are happy to take on a project of any size from the acquisition or disposal of a small lock-up shop for a private landlord or sole trader through to the search for or marketing of larger accommodation for a property company or multi-national. Our service covers most commercial property types such as retail, office, industrial/warehouse, medical related premises and land sales as many of our clients own mixed portfolios and require a multi-disciplined approach. Our core target market is Weybridge and towns within a 10 mile radius but do work further afield for well established clients.
However, sometimes it is not possible, and in such circumstances, we are qualified to act as an expert witness to produce written submissions to an arbitrator, independent expert or court appointed joint expert. Our Director, Phil Eggerdon BSc (Hons) MRICS has been offering a range of commercial property advice since the early 1990's.
