About the Business
Hills Estate Agents was originally started in 1987 by Shirley Hill from the current premises in Foregate Street. The company quickly became recognised as a market leader in property sales and rentals. The business became synonymous for offering a wealth of local knowledge and experience for many clients over the years.
Building upon this success, the decision was taken in 2008 to change direction and the Residential Sales and Lettings Divisions of the Company were transferred to the ownership of Azmat Riaz (Director). Born and bred in Worcester and educated at the Royal Grammar School.
In 2010 the company was rebranded to Hills Estate Agents and the office was refurbished to offer an up to date environment for all visitors. A modern approach has been achieved whilst keeping the traditional values that the business was originally built upon. During this period of growth the team has expanded, with the arrival of Justin Poolton as Managing Partner.
