Welcome to the JI website, we hope you will find this website both informative and easy to use. In May 2011, Steven Gardner MNAEA took over the running of JI & Co Estate Agency practice that had been established by the former owner James Ickringill in th early 90's. Steven was a previous employee of the firm - so was no newcomer to the business or area. The business was renamed "JI & Co Saltaire" to distinguish it from "JI & Co" and until now the business has traded under this new name. In late 2011 it was decided that a new website was needed as until now the old JI & Co website was being used and as a further name change to simply "JI" (or "JI Estates" to give it its full name) would have its own new identity without losing the now well known "JI" branding. The front of the Office signs were renewed to reflect these changes and with this website now going live - the move to "JI" will be complete.
