About the Business

Kingston is an independent firm of Commercial Property Consultants. We are based in Lichfield and have been operating in the City, Staffordshire and the wider Midlands region for over 50 years. Kingston Commercial Property Consultants started off life as George Robinson & Partners in the late 1950s. For over 30 years the Partnership operated under this name.

All our surveyors are Members or Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as such we are certain in our professional approach to our business and clients.

We have an ongoing commitment to providing a high quality and professional service to our commercial property clients and through our depth of commercial knowledge and property expertise we are able to provide our clients with a complete and authoritative package tailored to their requirements.

Commercial Properties

We are a proactive and attentive commercial property agency. All of our marketing programmes are tailored to the requirements of each individual client. Our dedicated marketing department works alongside our surveyors to effectively co-ordinate the promotion of clients’ properties using both offline and online methods most suited to the particular property. Furthermore, thanks to our well formed business relationships with the local authorities, various online commercial property portals and newspaper groups we are able to offer value for money on all promotional activity.
