About the Business
Briefly outlined below are the three basic elements of our Service. However, we maintain a flexible attitude, and are generally able to adapt our Service to meet our client's individual circumstances and needs, for example by providing a part only Service, or occasionally by taking on additional tasks and duties.
We are equally committed to both first time, and investment Landlords, and savings can be made on the smallest of portfolios.
Our Letting Only Service does not incur any monthly fees and is usually charged as a one off fee calculated as a percentage of the monthly rental. As such, the fee may differ depending on the property and rental valuation, and in brief it includes the valuation and marketing of a property for let, and carrying out viewings, leading to the collection of a holding deposit/tenant admin fee, and vetting of a prospective Tenant.
