Based in Wareham and established in 1984 by Rob Green, Purbeck Property is an independent estate agency covering a wide area of properties for sale and rent from Wool and Winfrith Newburgh to the west, Bovington and Bere Regis to the north and south to Corfe Castle and Lulworth Cove. Rob has strong business links with Wareham having had businesses on the main street for almost 40 years, as well as being schooled in Wareham and playing football for the town.
His aim is to provide the highest possible service for the most competitive fee of Only 1% Commission + VAT without compromise.
