Having started as a ‘traditional' letting agent - offering letting and property management - we expanded our services by becoming an approved provider for five local authorities in London and more recently Luton council. We now manage a mixed portfolio of properties, in London and Luton. Using Waltham Estates means you are using a qualified agent as we are proud members of the Association of Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and subscribe to the code of practise published by The Property Ombudsman (TPOS).
The key to our continued success and expansion is the experience of our team. We continue to develop our knowledge through courses run by our trade bodies and we enrol all our staff to complete the Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management.
