Stuart Edwards Estate Agency first opened its doors on Claypath in 1998. Since that day we have grown into a well-established and respected estate agent in both Durham City and the County of Durham.

We are made up of a small team of professionals including Stuart Edwards himself who has been working in Durham City since 1971. He has unrivalled knowledge of the Durham City market and prides himself on being Durham City's most experienced property valuer and estate agent. His son Adam joined the business on a full-time basis after going a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management at Northumbria University. He now oversees the ever-expanding property management department.
