About the Business
His career began in the 1980s with Allen & Harris working in Oxford, Newbury, Andover and Trowbridge. Later he joined Country House Agents Dreweatt Neate (now Carter Jonas) as branch manager in Andover before establishing the successful independent William S Baxter which was sold following ten years of trading within the Bourne and Test Valley. Bill continued to work within the Wiltshire/Hampshire area as a land & development consultant whilst employed as a residential sales manager.
Bill can provide professional advice in relation to residential valuations and marketing, residential lettings and investment property, land sales and acquisitions and new homes.
During his career Bill has worked alongside many local professionals including planning consultants, architects, solicitors and local government bodies. He has also been retained by a number of well known developers to acquire development sites on their behalf.
