Black Hay Solicitors & Estate Agents were established in the 1930's in Ayrshire. Over 75 years later Black Hay still exist exclusively to serve our clients, old and new. Most importantly we still retain our traditional values of independent advice that you can trust. We serve our clients both locally and across Scotland with branches located in the key areas of Ayr and Prestwick on the South Ayrshire coast of Scotland. Our strength is in our independence. Unlike many estate agents we are not owned by a bank, building society or financial institution. Our clients are guaranteed that we act solely in their best interests.
