Brian Pilkington Estate Agents started as a family business 30 years ago. The founder Brian Pilkington, a former professional footballer with Burnley and England, still comes into the business whenever he gets the opportunity. Helen Pilkington has worked there for 24 years and has been at the helm for the last 10 years. Brian Pilkington Estate Agents pride themselves with the fact that they are a friendly, family run Estate Agents with the excellent local knowledge needed when you're selling or buying a home.
In fact all the staff, past and present, are from the local area. Brian Pilkington Estate Agents provide a high class personal service with a broad base of experience, friendly staff, local knowledge, professionalism and commitment. Helen is also proud of the fact that they are now selling property to and for the children and grandchildren of their original customers. We sell and rent properties of all values in the local area plus run the Bradford & Bingley local agency.
