Not only are we one of Exeter's leading independent and established estate agencies, we are also Exeter's all girl team that is unrivalled in its delivery of outstanding customer care. Clear Property was established by director Kelly Forrester in 2007. Already having a number of years local estate agency experience Kelly's passion to drive forward a successful estate agency which was unique to others already largely occupying the City Centre. Starting from humble beginnings and working hard to create brand awareness and a team of trained, hard working and loyal staff to underpin the business with strong working ethics that clients can see, appreciate and trust in.
