D.Dunk Lewis & Graves will be celebrating 25 Years in business having been founded in 1985 by a merger of D.Dunk (Estate Agents) and Lewis & Graves Chartered Surveyors, bringing together two long established firms with strong connections in the town and the immediate area since the 1950's. With over 60 years experience Richard Dunk FNAEA and Richard Graves FRICS are able to offer informed advice on property values for most purposes not least the sale of Residential and Commercial property.
In addition valuations are provided for Probate Purposes, Matrimonial Disputes, Insurance Re-instatements Costs, and we also offer the R.I.C.S. Homebuyer Report, a concise report on the property you want to buy including an opinion of the value. All properties are inspected by one of the Partners and we seek to maintain contact with buyers and sellers alike.
