Primarily we looked at the services you require to sell your property and the value for money of each service provided. We looked at the marketing, potential financing of a new purchase and the legalities involved in the sale of your home, along with other services which you may require such as removals or tradesman. Our research showed us that the fees for marketing your property (what you pay a typical estate agent), offered by far the least value for money.
