About the Business
Founded by the late Catherine Goddard in 1997, Goddards is an independent agency situated in 'Town Rooms' at the top of the Thoroughfare, near the market square in the town of Halesworth, Suffolk. We sell, let and manage an extensive range of property and endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service, with friendly, knowledgeable sales and rental staff. At Goddards we take care to really listen to our customers' requirements and in many cases our local knowledge can help.
We are able to assist clients, newcomers in particular, to identify exactly what they want to achieve by their move, which is quite often a complete change of life-style as well as a change of house. On the rental side we provide either a tenant-finding service or full management of a property. That means for a one-off fee we will find a tenant, do a credit search and draw up an agreement to comply with increasingly complex legislation.
