About the Business
Firstly we have looked at what is missing from the market place today. We have listened to what customers want and empathised with their frustrations when dealing with agents in the past and present. We are of course embracing new technology, social media, ground breaking marketing and website, but this stands for nothing if we don't listen to our customers and give them what they want not what we or our new systems want. Each and every customer is different; their reasons to put their property on the market are just as varied.
We listen, we advise, then we will offer a bespoke service which gives them the comfort they require to trust us to sell their property, whether that's the ability to log on and see the progress of their property on line at midnight or to call in for a coffee and a chat at our new Ben Rhydding offices.
