Our focus is fairly and squarely about compensating land owners and property owners affected by HS2 and getting the right HS2 compensation settlements for them. Phase 1 from London to Lichfield has been safeguarded, which means that blight notices can be served to HS2 which can compel HS2 to acquire properties within the safeguarded zone. We have submitted blight notices on behalf of many clients and have a near 100% success rate.
