House-Hut Estate Agents was founded in 2005 with the intention of providing a very high quality service but with low fees. Since then over 1200 people have used our services! You will find us very different from traditional agents, from the personal service provided by our team of experienced and knowledgeable agents and our superb professional photography to our unbeatable fees. House-Hut has won many accolades and awards for its services including a national award for Best Small Chain 2015.
House-Hut has been recognised at the prestigious Estate Agent of the Year Awards (dubbed the "Oscars" of the industry) for the past EIGHT years running. In 2015 we were voted best estate agent in the south west winning two prestigious Gold Awards.
