Key One Property

Key One was formed by landlords to serve landlords - at prices that landlords want. We have been in the property business since 1988, providing mostly acquisition and management services to landlords. We became Key One Property in 2008. We know that home sellers are quite rightly annoyed with high estate agency fees. That's why we have launched our £500 fixed fee, the lowest fee charged in Northern Ireland (as far as we know). Plus, you can list your property for only £99 with us, bringing your total selling fees to £599, all in.

How do we do it? As a small business, we don't charge VAT, saving you 20% on all our fees - lettings, management and sales. We are proud to say that we are a small business and can therefore give you and your property more time and attention. Unlike any other agent we know, we cap the number of properties that we deal with so that we can give our clients' properties the attention they deserve.
