As a student property management and lettings agency we offer a variety of accommodation for students and academics of Lancaster University and The University of Cumbria in and around Lancaster. We specialise in student accommodation and have tailored our lettings and management packages for the popular and competitive Lancaster market, while continually adapting to the changing needs of tenants and landlords. The variety of adaptable property management services that we offer are suitable for landlords of both buy to let houses and purpose built rental accommodation. The landlords whose properties we manage are varied and consist of individual local property owners through to professional international clients.
The accommodation that we manage is chiefly made up of shared student houses in popular student areas of Lancaster, although we have increased our range of properties to include purpose built accommodation and flats.
