Lime Estate Agents is the creation of Kevin Richardson, a highly experienced local estate agent who has spent the last 10 years working at a senior level for a well respected independent agent in Preston. He and his team wanted to bring estate agency up to date and deliver a service to the public that they deserve. With that thought in mind Lime Estate Agents was born. Based in Preston City Centre and covering the whole of Preston and South Ribble this innovative company is run by a team with many years of local and national experience in residential estate agency.
Kevin has been an estate agent for more than 25 years starting his career in the mid 1980's as a junior negotiator in his home town on the outskirts of London. Over the years he has worked for some of the largest national chains and a number of independent agents before settling in Preston in 2002.
