We are an established Independent Letting Agency based in the historic City of Wells in Somerset offering a wide range of properties to let; from townhouses and flats to secluded country cottages and country houses. Formed in 1997 by the proprietor Jill Meadows after many years service within the Estate Agency and Lettings Industry. We offer a Property Management, Tenant Introduction and Rent Collection Service to our Landlords and we believe our success is based on the quality of the properties we offer combined with our experience and knowledge of the locality.
We endeavour to provide guidance and assistance and take the pressure off Tenants in their search for the ideal home and give the Landlord peace of mind that their property is in good hands.
