Megan Baker Estate Agents

Megan Baker bought Crocker Estate Agents in 2005 after 11 years in estate agency and selected her "dream team" of experienced staff. The team's knowledge, hard work and enthusiasm has served to make Megan's agency one of the most highly respected on The Island. They now successfully sell property all over the Isle of Wight and have staff specialising in new build projects, House Doctor advice on refurbishing and dressing property and Buy-to-Let investments.

Megan says I believe a good estate agent should truly love what they do and sell with expertise, energy and empathy. Our agency can guide you step by step through your house selling or buying experience in a caring, straight-talking manner.

You will find us working harder and smarter than any other agent, that's why we chose 'A Passion For Property' as our motto. It describes perfectly how we feel about what we do.
