After building a back portfolio of successful completed projects in 2008 the company extended the service to fee paying clients. Property Land Projects are a property and land development consultancy based at offices in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands who add value through the acquisition, design, planning, conveyance, maintenance, build and disposal of residential land and property.
