In 2014, PTN appointed Nick Westwood, a local, experienced Sales and Valuations Manager to expand their services beyond just lettings. Nick will focus purely on residential sales and will be utilising his vast knowledge of the marketplace to ensure clients receive the best advice for their circumstances from the moment a property goes up for sale to the point of completion. We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of customer service whilst maintaining a proactive approach to promoting clients homes. We strive to provide high quality sales literature and comprehensive online marketing via Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation Facebook.
With directors Jan Chappell and Sarah Whitcombe at the helm, the close-knit team has in excess of 25 years experience in lettings between them, offering a fully managed and 'find a tenant' service for independent landlords, while finding the right rented accommodation for everyone from students to those struggling to get on the property ladder.
