The Managing Director, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer acquired the practice in 2006, having previously worked in Norfolk as a Chartered Surveyor for over 25 years, dealing with the survey and valuation of residential and commercial property, acting as an Expert Witness in property disputes and litigation, advising on Landlord and Tenant matters, Planning and Development Appraisals and Managing Building Works.

The Associate Director and a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. With previous experience of working for both independent and corporate Estate Agents and also qualified under the National Federation of Property Professionals. Leading the Spalding & Co. team forward and covering both Residential and Commercial, Sales and Lettings.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Academy of Experts, joined the company in 2010 and is based in North Walsham.
