Waterman are more than just a name above the door. The three directors are actively involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the business and are always available to discuss your requirements on a one to one basis. Waterman & Company started residential sales in 1990 at 32 Queen Street, Maidenhead and have a wealth of knowledge in the local area. We are now one of the leading agents in Maidenhead dealing with residential properties.
In January 2000 we added a Lettings & Management department which has gone from strength to strength. In addition we also have a Survey department with qualified surveyors to carry out Home Buyer and Building Surveys. In addition they deal with Probate Valuations, Boundary disputes and most matters concerning residential property issues. We have the experience and local knowledge available.
