County Properties Group was established in 1957 to form a significant property based company specialising in development of Commercial Property, Land and Estates and Investment.
The aim of the company has been to create value and assets by development and whilst many successful projects have been subsequently sold, a considerable number have been retained within the company's UK portfolio providing a valuable asset base, revenues and the availability of collateral.
The company is run from its Edinburgh Office and throughout its history has consistently been successful in achieving its aims and continually providing profits through development and investment. This tradition continues with a number of ongoing projects in the pipeline whilst a variety of developments have recently been completed.
