C.K. Batchelor Ltd is a family run builder, developer, contractor and property landlord based in Harrogate and operating throughout the Harrogate area. The business was established in 1935 by Mr Charles Kenneth Batchelor and is now run by the third generation of the Batchelor family.
Development - Builders of residential and commercial properties, available for sale on the open market. C.K. Batchelor employs many of its own staff within all of the construction trades, including joiners, bricklayers, roofers, plasterers, decorators and ground workers. A lot of our team have been with the company for many years and a number have been with us from apprenticeships.
Contracting - Operating as a main contractor for domestic and commercial clients for any kind of building work, our services include new builds, extensions, refurbishments, alterations, repairs and maintenance. We can provide free, no obligation estimates for private clients, local authorities and commercial property managers.
