Established in 2011 by Joann McIntosh, Excel Sales & Lettings is based in the South Lanarkshire town of Hamilton near Glasgow. Our aim is to provide a proactive, efficient, and reliable customer service to our clients. Our dedicated staff in both lettings and estate agency have in excess of 50 years' experience in the property industry throughout the central belt of Scotland. Originally set up to offer an 'alternative to the norm' in letting agencies, Excel's client base was soon turning to us to provide an estate agency resource, and as a result Excel Estate Agents was established in 2013. At Excel our clients are the most valuable member of our business. We want you to be involved in every decision made in the marketing and promotion of your property.
