The Internet is now THE place to advertise your property for sale. Long gone are the days of selling your home by placing an ad in the local estate agents window. Over 92% of people now start their property search online. We are online estate agents and advertise your property on major portals such as Rightmove S1Homes & Zoopla. We are a real alternative to a High Street Estate Agents who charge thousands to sell and private property sale websites. We have a centralised office where all our staff work from.
If we opened offices in major cities and towns across Scotland our costs would increase dramatically. As online estate agents we do not employ valuers for two reasons. Firstly, a valuers main job is to negotiate a selling fee with the seller - we do not need to do this as our costs are fixed. Secondly, the Home Report in Scotland has a value placed on the property by the surveyor.
