When two friends, James Gibbs and Paul Gillespie opened the doors of their first estate agency in Ruislip in 1991, they shared a vision of becoming the finest property service company in the area. Little did they know that their enthusiasm and commitment to service would create a company that would set the standard for the industry to follow. Gibbs Gillespie is a dynamic, multi office team with a hard earned reputation for achieving the highest price in the marketplace. But we've never rested on our laurels and continue to introduce new ideas and innovative practices. Innovations such as Be First, our buyer and tenant personalised matching system; Just Listed, a high quality, colour, property magazine produced monthly; and professional photography, floorplans and video tours, have all been adopted by many others in an endeavour to emulate the success of Gibbs Gillespie.
