We are a private property business with a personal approach, offering high quality space together with a high quality service. Established by Gordon Moon over 50 years ago and from modest beginnings we now hold a varied commercial portfolio predominantly in the North West of England, as well as numerous agricultural and residential holdings.
The business is family run across three generations with a philosophy of recycling capital and a long term view. We strive to improve portfolio performance through strategic investment, development and refurbishment together with pro-active management using our extensive market knowledge and experience. Our hands on and personable approach helps us make decisions quickly and maintain many long standing relationships with occupiers and business associates.
The business has always been core to our family life and with our dedication to growing the portfolio it will continue to be so.
