We are pleased to announce that Vikki Read has now joined us as our new Letting Manager and our Lettings Department will be up and running at the beginning of September. We will be making a donation to Breakthrough Breast Cancer after every completed sale and to Prostate Cancer after every completed letting. We look forward to welcoming you to a new estate agency experience but with old fashioned values. There is an application fee payable which covers the costs of your credit check, referencing and your share of the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement, Inventory and Schedule of Condition and any additional administration that may be required.

This will apply whether you withdraw from the tenancy or are unable to proceed due to adverse credit checks/references. If the Landlord withdraws the property prior to the tenant/s taking possession, this fee will be refunded in full.
