After forming in 1991, with the very first office opening in Enfield Town, Kings Group are now in their 24th year! Successful expansion over a 24 year period has seen the number of trading locations grow to 10 Sales Offices and 9 Lettings offices, with an additional 4 Franchised Offices, offering both Sales and Lettings. The group now employs in excess of 150 staff. In addition to the traditional Estate Agency, we have several more aspects to the Group, which include surveying through Metropolis Surveyors, Property Management and Thomas Oliver UK LLP, a Wealth Management company.

Our primary and most principled philosophy is very simple. It is to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our clients, whether they are a Corporate Client such as a Major Lender or someone who wants to sell, rent, buy or let through the help of our services.
