Established fifteen years ago, Lynxlets is the rentals arm of Lynx Property Estates Ltd. And Lynx Property Rentals, which has grown out of one mans strive to achieve a self funding rental portfolio.
Unlike most other agents in the town, we own 90% of our hundreds of properties we have in our portfolio. We offer well maintained properties at very competitive prices and with our own maintenance team we can provide an excellent support service for all of our tenants, maintaining our motto "our House, Your Home".
We provide a friendly, down to earth approach to letting's and as we are not commission driven, we offer a superb all round service with one of the lowest administration fees in the town.
