Masons Estate Agents was established in 2012 by Tim Mason, a local agent with close to 15 years' experience; who was born, raised, and continues to live in Caversham, Reading. Over the past two years, the team has grown to include 3 further members of staff, all who live locally. The agency was built upon an ethos of 'going the extra mile' for our clients, and the team has been expanded with like-minded individuals who share these values and work ethic. In 2013 Masons became the first local sales agent to win the 'Best in County' and silver 'Southern Region' ESTAS awards.
During the marketing of your property, you can expect the highest level of bespoke service possible. We accompany every viewing and we offer them between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week - including bank holidays. We can also operate block viewings and open houses, which ever suits our client best. All our properties are featured on our website and Rightmove, and we use social media to gain your property maximum exposure.
