About the Business
Meadows is Exmouth's longest established estate agency and trades from a prime location within Rolle Street. Specialising in domestic sales in Exmouth and surrounding area along with sales and lettings of commercial units. The company is owned and managed by three directors, Mr Philip Hannah MRICS, Mr Viv Woodall MNAEA and Mr Stuart Burgess MNAEA. Phil started at Meadows in 1980. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1986 the year he also became a partner of the company. He lives in Exmouth and is married with three children.
Phil's hobbies include playing tennis, walking and travel. Stuart started working in estate agency in 1997 as a negotiator within Meadows and became a partner in 2000. Prior to this he served for 11 years within the Royal Marines Band Service enjoying a career that took him around the world. He met his wife Elizabeth while serving on HMS Ark Royal. Stuart is married and lives in Exmouth with Elizabeth and their two children.
