Welcome to Property Ladder Devon, founded by Stephen Baker and Andrew Tarrant to offer a customer focused, professional service to all those wishing to buy sell or rent property in the South Devon area. Though we are a new company to Paignton, we certainly do not lack experience, we have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the property market. Stephen has 19 years estate agency experience and has managed offices for a successful High Street Estate Agency in the local area for the last 16 years. Andrew spent 6 years working in Mortgage Services, for a major corporate Estate Agency before he set up his own Financial Services Company 7 years ago. They have arranged financing and sold houses for literally thousands of clients over the years and are always on hand to give you honest, friendly advice and all the support you need to sell your home.
