About the Business
Established in 2001, Thomas Willmax are one of very few commercial agencies who have a shop front which enables the public to visit and view all the properties being marketed and obtain colour details. For our clients a rotation policy is in place to make sure that details are displayed in the window regularly.
The majority of commercial agents work on the basis that their clients pay for dispersements as and when required, however at Thomas Willmax we have a "one off" promotional charge which contributes towards the initial costs including advertising, web site coverage including various commercial sites, colour details and of course either a 4'x3' For Sale or To Let board.
Our staff are kept fully up to date with all properties being marketed which ensures all enquiries whether by phone or e mail are dealt with efficiently and potential purchasers or tenants along with our clients are not kept waiting.
