About the Business
David started his career in 1988, spending the last two decades living and breathing property. He was promoted to Branch Manager aged just twenty one and went on to become Sales Director. Having exceeded the expectations of a number of well-known estate agency chains, and a large central London Agent, he now runs Tomlinson Property.
Drawing on his extensive experience of country, inner and outer London markets, David can quickly spot emergent trends and property market hotspots. He's equally adept at maximum-efficiency marketing: optimising the prices his clients achieve on their property sales. His relationships with industry contacts and clients alike are warm and lasting. In addition to his achievements 'in the field', David is beloved of TV producers, all keen to cash in on his personality as much as his experience for their infotainment slots!
David has lived in South West London for twelve years - currently in Putney.
