Our experience in the property market combined with being a local inhabitant means that we are well known throughout the area. We are approached time and again with requests for property services and this has made us come to the conclusion that there is a market locally for an online estate agent to thrive in.

All of these ingredients mean that we will receive referrals from people who are only too happy to tell their friends and colleagues about us. Mark Holloway, our Managing Director has two children who go to local schools and he and his wife, Claire have many friends in the area. Our reputation is paramount to the success of our business.

We have worked in the lettings industry from West London to Hartley Wintney and Maidenhead to Farnham. Over the years we have carried out an enormous amount of accurate market appraisals, let to many professional tenants and advised hundreds of landlords on everything from letting, property management and investment. We believe in quality and effective marketing to attract the right tenants and our first ports of call are often to relocation agents and corporate companies within the appropriate areas. We will always negotiate on behalf of our Clienst to ensure that they not only get the best possible rent but also tenant.
