Established in 1997 by the directors, John Evans & Ian Kenworthy. After many years working for corporate estate agents, we felt we wanted to work for ourselves and so Samuel Miles Limited was born and we opened our first office in the Market Town of Highworth. In 2002 we opened our second office in Royal Wootton Bassett and established ourselves as the market leaders dealing with all types of property across the three counties of Wiltshire, Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire.
