J1 Residential has been born through necessity, many landlords and tenants are getting frustrated with the costs involved when letting a property. As a multiple landlord I have tried all the options with varying degrees of success. However, one thing always stands out – you get what you pay for, or not, in some high street cases. What we offer is an agency with the same personal touch and great service as many high street agents, but with a more reasonable price structure.

We don’t have a shop front with modern advertising because we don’t need one. The vast majority of tenants find their homes online. Portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla account for a huge percentage of property let across the UK. In addition to these online portals J1 Residential advertise in local newspapers and magazines in Horsham, Brighton and the surrounding areas. Our methods are so effective our average turnaround for an empty property is just 10 days.

Meaning just 7% Full management, 40% of the first months rent for introduction only and for 20% of the first months rent we’ll advertise and administer your rental. All our fees are listed here on the site, there are no hidden extras and no need to ring up and get the same old boring sales patter, what you see is what you get.
