About the Business
Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents has evolved from a partnership between PK Estates and Alphalets Letting Agency. PK Estates was established by Patrick Kavanagh in August 2006 after Patrick had worked for some seven years for some of the more corporate estate agencies. Having 'cut his teeth' working for these companies and having a successful track record he then decided it was the right time to form his own company and offer vendors a more personal approach with a focus on customer service. Having made this a successful business and after meeting John Hayes, Patrick and John formed a new venture for the both of them, Alphalets Letting Agency. John Hayes has been a Financial Adviser for nearly 20 years but put that on hold whilst focussing on building Alphalets, along with Patrick, into a successful business which has continued to grow. At the same time PK Estates took more of a back seat while Patrick's attention was with Alphalets.
